How Do I Check the Status of my Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info[at]ungex.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also contact the carrier directly and quote your tracking number, in most cases this will expedite the process.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of Australia, if this is an issue please contact us at info[at]ungex[dot]com[dot]au and we will endeavour to find a solution that will work.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a 20% restocking fee.
