Melbourne Lockdown | Ungex

Melbourne Lockdown: What it means for Ungex?

As some of you may have heard, active cases in Victoria are on the rise and as a result tougher lockdown restrictions. After previously being relaxed, restrictions have again tightened in Melbourne and Mitchell Shires as we brace for a second wave.

At this point Ungex are still running at a normal capacity, with some members of staff working remotely and social distancing being strictly followed within the office and online orders are being packaged securely.

Some other updates are as follows:

• In office Demodex Consultations are suspended until further notice (phone consultations still available)
• Strictly no in office item collection being offered until further notice.
• Small delays in transit times due to limited flights into Melbourne airport may possibly come into effect.
• Replacement of High Frequency Instruments with an extra bottle of product on Bundles will continue until further notice.

The safety of our staff and clients are of the utmost importance to Ungex and we will continue to weather this storm and minimise the impact of disrupted services during this unsettling time.

As always, thank you and stay safe.

The Ungex Team ?

With Victoria’s new Stage 4 restrictions being announced yesterday, we understand there may be some concern regarding the impact that this will have on Ungex and the current or future orders.

Please be assured that at this point we are able to continue operating as we have been, with stringent OH&S measures in place to keep the employees of our factory safe and the business compliant with all state and federal regulations. Should there be any changes to this, we will be sure to provide updates as soon as possible.

We are currently communicating with our supply chain to understand any implications that the restrictions have had on our suppliers, with the aim to mitigate any impact that this will have on Ungex and our clients.

Our thoughts are with you all as we continue to navigate through this unprecedented and trying time.

Best regards,
Seyed
