Avoid doing exercise in high temperature, Because Demodex mites increase in high temperature. Take warm shower immediately after doing sports and take cold shower after that.

Demodex mites hate coconut oil and do not feed on it, So you can use coconut oils for your scalp, face, body and hair. If you have a very dry hair and skin mix a small amount of castor oils with coconut oil and rub it on your skin. It is bettter to use them in the morning.
It is better to avoid hair dryers during the Demodex treatment, but if you insist on using it please do not use the hot air.
