Products are ready to be sold based on stock availability.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8;\">2.2\u00a0When something is out of stock<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">We will inform you when we expect to be able to deliver your order. Ltd. with proof of lost or damaged product in the form of photographic evidence or official letter from the related courier or official authorities. A replacement or refund will only be considered after the approval of evidence by Ungex Pty. Prices and Currency<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>You can find price of our products on our website. Severability and Waiver<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If any provision of this agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, then where such provision can be read down as to give it a valid and enforceable operation of a partial nature it must be read down to the extent necessary to achieve that result; and in any other case, such provision must be severed from this agreement in which event the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included. The waiver by either party of any default or breach of this agreement will not waive any other or subsequent default or breach.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>16.
